Leeds Bradford Airport unveils plans for more efficient, sustainable terminal building

Leeds Bradford Airport is submitting fresh plans to build a state-of-the-art terminal, aiming to significantly improve passenger experience and deliver one of the UK’s most environmentally-efficient airport buildings. The new plans will be submitted in spring 2020. The proposal is for construction of a three-floor, 34,000sqm terminal.

Manchester Airport has launched an airfield re-designation scheme as part of its £1 billion (€1.2bn) transformation programme. Václav Havel Airport Prague has introduced its long-term concept and development strategy to 2035. The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic has approved an investment of over CZK 16 billion (€625m) for the first stage of the Terminal 2 expansion, with construction expected to be completed in 2028.
