Birmingham Airport has invested over £100,000 (€120,000) in a bespoke customer feedback system available in 80 locations across the airport. The system, dubbed the ‘Voice of the Customer’, processes feedback in real-time and is sent directly to the customer experience team, which can process passenger comments or concerns immediately.
